My name is Nadia, I was born in the Marche region in a small village perched on the hills of the province of Macerata, Apiro, and I live exactly in a city of the province of Ancona, the native home of the famous composer Gaspare Spontini, Maiolati Spontini.
I got the degree in the city of Urbino, I’m a mother of three children and I’m very passionate about my land so mysterious and full of authentic flavours. it is for this reason that I feel the need to make myself available to anyone who wants, for any reason, to know and above all discover this wonderful region.
My main interests are art, architecture and culture, an indissoluble heritage of every place, and that’s why I like to discover ancestral places, forgotten for years, that have however marked our history: small villages, abbeys, monasteries and hermitages, castles, old palaces and stately homes and small temples immersed into protected floristic areas that can be reached only on foot.
I’m also very passionate about the peasant tradition of our land that has made two typical products of remarkable importance emerge: the wine and the extra-virgin oil. The passion and the dedication of our producers have made it possible that here they could produce excellent mono-varietal or blend olive oils and wines with worldwide acknowledgment, such as the lVerdicchio and the Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, with devaluing the Pecorino and the Passerina.
Even the home-made tradition is very strong and it has allowed that ancient trades such as "bobbin lace", pottery decoration, the art of weaving straw, the art of truffle hunting and many more, to survive over time.
My intention is to let everyone know these traditions, and to accompany he tourists to the discovery of our sweet hills, passing through customised and unconventional cultural and wine and food paths.
