Day 1: Rome, Evening walk in Trastevere and Dining in Private 17thC Villa

Arrival in Rome airport. Private transfer to the hotel centrally located.

In the evening enjoy a 45-minute stroll through the charming neighborhood of Trastevere, one of Rome's most authentic and vibrant areas. Be among the privileged few to step inside a private 17th century villa for the unique ambiance that has attracted VIPs and celebrities alike. Dine on a perfect Italian four course dinner featuring local delights and wine with explanations from the chef.

Day 2: Rome, Ape Calessino Tour & Imperial Rome (Coliseum, Imperial Forum and Palatine hill)

After breakfast, you will have the chance to visit Rome aboard a snappy Ape Calessino, “cousin” of the Vespa but more like a buggy, that was very popular among the youth and even became a protagonist of roman Dolce Vita in the 1960’s, still preserves its timeless charm.This vehicle, originally designed for the transport of goods and animals, turned into a comfortable mode of transport for passengers, will accompany you to discover the wonders of the Eternal City.  

Free time for lunch , in the afternoon you will discover the greatness of the ancient Rome thanks to our Imperial Rome tour visiting the Coliseum, the Roman Forum and the Palatine hill with views over the Forum and Circus Maximum.

Evening at leisure. Overnight.

Day 3: Rome, Vatican Museums

Breakfast. The morning will be dedicated to the visit of the Vatican Museum, including the St Peter’s basilica and the Sistine Chapel. Free time for lunch and free afternoon to discover the city by your own or to book and additional excursion. (Frascati Wine tour , Bracciano Lake, Tivoli)


Day 4: Florence walk, Handcrafts and Artisans shops

Breakfast, check out and departure by train to Florence. Arrival, accommodation in hotel 4*. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon meet our local guide for a walk in the historical centre and an interesting tour of the ancient shops and artisan laboratories of the town. You will discover the excellence of the “made in Italy” getting to know the traditions and the techniques of the artisan work that will reveal an authentic and “off the beaten track” side of Florence. Enjoy some free time in town. Possibility to book extra escursions. Overnight.

Day 5: Florence- Siena, San Gimignano & dinner in Noble Villa in Chianti

Breakfast. Time at disposal to explore the town by your own or by an extra activity (Vasari Corridor & Uffizi Gallery tour, cooking class).

After lunch, enjoy a small-group tour to Siena, San Gimignano and the Chianti countryside.The tour will end admiring the sunset on the Tuscan hills and tasting a typical dinner in a fascinating location before going back to Florence. Overnight.

Day 6: Bologna

Breakfast. Transfer by train to Bologna . Arrival and accommodation in hotel.

In the afternoon our guide will take you discovering the town. In the evening enjoy an aperitif and a typical dinner in one of the many excellent restaurant of the town. Overnight.

Day 7: Venice, walking tour

Breakfast. Departure by train to Venice. Enjoy a walking tour of the city discovering the main sites as St Mark’s square, the Basilica, and the Doge palace. Evening at leisure.

Day 8: The Venice food tour: Rialto Market, bacari tour and Jewish Ghetto

After breakfast, join us on a gastronomic adventure spanning two sides of the Grand Canal. You’ll visit four of the best eateries in Venice, learning how to find great food in the Floating City. The best way to understand the history of Venice is through its food. With your guide you’ll visit the famous Rialto Fish Market & more, learning about the culture of the city. Then taste  cicchetti, wine, fritti, pasta and hop aboard a Gondola. Overnight.

Day 9: Venice , departure

Breakfast, transfer to Venice airport and departure.
